Golden Hour
Terms
The community
Golden Hour is a private community. Membership and participation are always discretionary.
We are not a service, an agency or an operator. We are a group of people who decide, together and case by case, who joins us and when we meet.
Applying
Joining always goes through an application. We read every one ourselves and answer personally when there is a fit.
You agree that what you tell us in the application is true, that the photos you send are of you, and that the account you give us is yours.
An application is not a request we owe an answer to within a fixed time, and it never creates a right to join us.
Age
Golden Hour is open to adults aged 18 and over. The community is generally composed of members under 40. Applications from members up to 45 may be accepted at the sole and unappealable discretion of the Golden Hour team. Admission is always discretionary and no application creates any right to participate.
Gatherings
Members arrange their own travel independently and share common expenses directly among themselves, at cost. Golden Hour does not provide travel services.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, insurance, health, or anything that happens on the way to or from a gathering. Each member is responsible for their own choices, their own body and their own safety.
Dates, places and who is joining can change. If a gathering cannot take place, members recover shared costs directly among themselves, according to what they agreed.
Clothing and consent
Clothing is optional. Nothing is ever required of anyone. A clear yes is the only thing that counts, it can be withdrawn at any moment, and silence is never agreement.
Attention that continues after someone has said no, or after they have simply moved away, ends participation immediately and for good.
Conduct
Every member must follow the charter, protect other members' privacy, and respect consent and personal boundaries at all times.
No photographs or recordings of other people without their clear agreement, and never in shared or undressed spaces. Nothing from a gathering goes online.
Substances that make consent unclear have no place with us.
We can end a membership, or ask someone to leave a gathering, at our discretion and without notice, when any of this is not respected.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
You may close your account whenever you like by writing to us.
Privacy
How we handle what you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your answers and photos stay private, inside our small team.
